We are one stop shop disability support provider, offering a wide range of solutions for disabled employees. We provide assistive technology software & hardware, training, workplace strategy coaching, needs assessments and ongoing support.

 

Although we specialise in providing support for dyslexic employees, we offer our range of support options to employees with visual impairments, hearing loss, physical disabilities including back pain & arthritis and ADHD.

A workplace assessment will establish the requirements of the employee. A report is produced detailing recommended adjustments.

 

Implement

Adjustments to environment and working habits, the introduction of assistive technology, ergonomics, workplace coaching strategies and software training are implemented.

 

Review

The process and adjustments are reviewed with the employee and feedback is shared with the employee, line manager, HR.
